1) Remove all the racks out of the oven. Proceed to place in hot soapy water and wait about 20 minutes. Clean the racks with a sponge. If there are still grime on the rack, allow it to soak a few more minutes.
2) For quick cleaning, spray with cleaner and allow your oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Allow it to sit for about 30 minutes. For regular cleaning, spray with oven cleaner at night and allow your oven to sit overnight.
3) Clean oven out with a sponge that was soaked in hot and soapy water. If it is very tough, you may have to invest in a scrub brush and puts some muscle into it.
To make your job easier clean your oven once a month and every-time there is a spill something in the oven. If you don't like cleaning your oven, next time you are shopping for an oven by a self-cleaning one. Then all you have to turn the self-cleaner on and wipe out with a damp sponge in the morning. (Hint) It may not work very well if your wait a year to clean your oven.
