1/2 c sugar
3/4 c minute rice
2 c celery, cut up
1 pkg lipton chicken soup
1 lg onion
1 c milk
ritz crackers
melted butter
1 lb sausage
Bring water to a boil. Add rice, chopped celery and lipton soup. Cook about 1 minute or more (cook most of the water out) and set aside. Separately brown sausage and onion. Mix the two together and add milk. Place in small casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Take ritz crackers and crumble, mix with melted butter, place on top and brown.
